生物与医药专业(生物工程领域):硕士生导师
邓琛,副教授,工学博士,生物反应器工程国家重点实验室固定成员。研究领域代谢工程、合成生物学、酶学与酶工程、发酵工程等。通过转运途径改造、模块化代谢工程策略和动态基因调控等策略对代谢网络进行系统改造,构建了系列功能糖及生物基单体的微生物合成细胞工厂,高效合成化学品、蛋白质、生物材料及酶制剂。在相关领域以第一作者或通讯身份在Nucleic Acids Research、Green Chemistry、Metabolic Engineering等国际权威期刊上发表学术论文10余篇,获授权专利10余件,部分成果正在相关企业实施产业化。入选上海市“晨光”计划和上海市“超级博士后”激励计划。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目,国家重点研发计划重点专项子课题等多个项目或基金,获上海市科技进步一等奖(9/12)、全国农牧渔业丰收奖(成果奖)二等奖(6/25)。
